- Professional Licenses
- Professional Licenses allow products to be installed and operated on a single designated computer, and program use is restricted to a single person at any given time. To compute price, multiply the appropriate unit price by the number of installations.
- Concurrent Licenses
- Concurrent licensing allows products to be licensed per concurrent user on a single network server. Includes Windows, Linux, and UNIX. To compute price, multiply the appropriate unit price by the number of concurrent users.
- Group Licenses
- A group license allows products to be individually installed and used on a specified number of computers. Program use is restricted to a single person per installation. This license option enables multiple individual copies to be purchased as one consolidated license. It is the responsibility of the licensee to track and control the number of installations of each licensed product. To compute price, multiply the appropriate unit price by the number of installations. An initial group license purchase requires a minimum quantity of five.
- Classroom Licenses
- Classroom concurrent licenses are restricted to use in on-campus instructional labs used solely for classroom instruction of students. Includes Windows, Linux, and UNIX. For general university use, see Academic Concurrent and Group Licenses. To compute price, multiply the appropriate unit price by the number of installations. Course instructors are granted the right to use a copy of the software for course preparation only.
